Do I need to buy equipment?

If not, a resistance band (costing around $20) is a great option for exercises like rows to target your back. While you can do the workouts without equipment, having these tools can enhance your training.

How do I know how to combine the blocks?

Combining the blocks is simple, as each workout targets different muscle groups. When purchasing the program, you’ll see which muscle groups are targeted, and a guide will be provided on how to combine them effectively. A good rule of thumb is to avoid targeting the same muscle group on consecutive days. The program also includes examples to help you get started.
