Our Philosophy

At Train for Good, we see wellness as so much more than just personal health. It’s about nourishing your body, mind, and spirit—and then taking that energy to lift up the world around you. True well-being isn’t just for ourselves; it’s a gift we can share with others, especially those in struggling communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is beautifully simple: to empower you to thrive while making wellness accessible and impactful for everyone. Whether you’re lacing up your sneakers for the first time or you’re ready to take your practice to the next level, we’ve got your back. We’re here to guide you, cheer you on, and help you grow—every step of the way.

Making a Difference Together

Here’s the magic part: with every subscription, you’re not just investing in your own journey—you’re helping us support communities in need. Meet The Founder Team

  • Johanny

With over 20 years in fitness and wellbeing, I’ve seen movement build connection, confidence, and community. Growing up in the Dominican Republic taught me resourcefulness and resilience—values I carry into my work. I’ve collaborated with global heavyweights like the UN and the WHO.

As a dad of three, I get how tough it is to prioritize health with a packed schedule. That’s why I’m on a mission to make fitness welcoming and meaningful for everyone, especially those who feel left out by traditional gyms. I believe every small step counts toward a healthier, happier life.

Train for Good thrills me because it’s about creating real change—not just for you, but for entire communities. When you train with us, you’re part of something bigger. I hope one day you’ll look back and say, “That’s where it all started for me.”

  • Abdoulie

I’m a personal trainer with a unique path, specializing in women’s health. From The Gambia, I built a career in journalism and even launched my own media company—storytelling is my roots. That love for connection pulled me into fitness, taking me from Gambia to Copenhagen.

As a dad to a 4-year-old, I know how crucial it is to create a welcoming space, especially for women who might feel out of place in traditional gyms. In every session or chat, I aim to make you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Train for Good lets me blend my storytelling, health passion, and belief in fitness as a confidence and community builder. If a client ever says, “Abdoulie made me feel like I belong,” I know I’m doing it right.

  • Jesper

As a lifelong athlete, fitness keeps me in the game—playing sports, competing, or just feeling strong daily. I didn’t start perfectly. It was baby steps—push-ups here and there—until I built a routine that worked. Train for Good was born from my sports passion and desire to build businesses that truly help.

I wanted to help people, especially the time-crunched, build lasting fitness habits. I’ve been there too. Fitness changes your mindset, not just your body—it teaches resilience, patience, and the power of small, consistent steps.

If someone says they went from 5 to 50 push-ups because of my advice, that’s the impact I crave. That’s why Train for Good exists—to prove no step is too small, and every rep matters
